As all orders are custom and/or made to order, typically items are estimated to ship approximately 25-30 weeks from the date the order was placed. Should this date change, you will be promptly informed. Studio 882 guarantees that products will arrive as described on this document and free of damages. Should that not be the case, we will work with our brands to expedite the repair or replacement. If we are delivering a floor sample purchase, we guarantee that the item(s) will be delivered in the same condition as was purchased. Should that not be the case, we will work with the carrier to expedite a freight claim, as all deliveries are fully insured. Floor sample purchases will not be scheduled for delivery until after payment has fully cleared. For items shipping to a third party receiver, delivery will be complete and all products accepted as delivered once signed for by the receiving party. Studio 882 makes no manufacturing claims or warranties whatsoever with regards to California Proposition 65, and inquiries pertaining to it should be made prior to purchase. You understand that all sales are final and must be paid in full in advance. By proceeding with this payment, you also understand that Studio 882 does not, under any circumstance, offer refunds or exchanges and agree to the limited recourse guarantee set forth above regarding items arriving as ordered and free of damages. You understand that items that need ordered will be manufactured as described on this document, and that this document supersedes any and all other communication regarding item descriptions. You agree that you have reviewed every option described on this document and agree that it is accurate. You understand that any renderings provided by Studio 882 are conceptual and may or may not be to scale. You have measured to ensure that all items included in this purchase will work in the room, and have ensured that the items will fit through the entire path to the room at time of delivery. You understand that the selection of furniture is personal and subjective, and as such, are confident about all aspects regarding your selections, and understand that any suggestions made to you about this purchase have been purely consultative in nature, and as such, are making this purchasing decision independently, thereby holding only yourself accountable for your purchasing decision. You understand that any issue with any item included on this purchase agreement has no impact on the remaining item(s) included in this agreement, if applicable. You understand that Studio 882 is obligated to collect Sales Taxes for goods delivered within the State of Pennsylvania, and that for all other states, You are responsible for paying your own Sales & Use Tax, if applicable.

You may cancel this transaction, without any penalty or obligation, within three business days from the above date. If you cancel, any property traded in, any payments made by you under the contract or sale, and any negotiable instrument executed by you will be returned within ten business days following receipt by the seller of your cancellation notice, and any security interest arising out of the transaction will be cancelled. If you cancel, you must make available to the seller at your residence in substantially as good condition as when received, any goods delivered to you under this contract or sale; or you may, if you wish, comply with the instructions of the seller regarding the return shipment of the goods at the sellers expense and risk. If you do make the goods available to the seller and the seller does not pick them up within twenty days of the date of your notice of cancellation, you may retain or dispose of the goods without any further obligation. If you fail to make the goods available to the seller, or if you agree to return the goods to the seller and fail to do so, then you remain liable for performance of all obligations under the contract.
