Studio 882 Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR MARKETING NOTICE OPT-IN NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OF NOTICE OPT-IN WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.
OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF PENNSYLVANIA AND DELAWARE WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AS OF THE DATE OF ENTRY.
By entering this sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"), entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Any violation of these Official Rules may, at Studio 882's discretion, result in disqualification.
1. Sweepstakes Period: This Sweepstakes begins 10:00 AM ET on November 1, 2018 and ends at 6:00 PM ET on November 1, 2019, when all entries must be received.
2. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the Pennsylvania and Delaware who are at least 21 years old as of the date of entry, except officers, directors, members, and employees of Studio 882 or any other party associated with the development or administration of this Sweepstakes, and the immediate family (i.e., parents, children, siblings, spouse), and persons residing in the same household, as such individuals. This Sweepstakes is void outside Pennsylvania and Delaware, and where prohibited.
3. How to Enter: Participants may enter by completing a Sweepstakes form (the "Entry Form") and returning it to 101 Applied Bank Blvd., Ste 5-7, Glen Mills, PA 19342 ("Store Location") in person or by mail. Incorrect and incomplete entries are void. There is a limit of one entry per eligible person.
4. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner selection will be conducted by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about April 1, 2019 at 12:00 PM ET and again on or about November 1, 2019 at 7:00 PM ET. Any potential winner will be notified by mail, email and/or telephone and submission of an Entry Form shall be confirmation that such notification is approved and requested. If a potential winner: (i) cannot be contacted; (ii) does not respond within ten (10) days from the date Studio 882 first tries to notify him/her; (iii) refuses the prize; and/or (iv) the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to win the Sweepstakes or receive the prize, and an alternate potential winner may be selected. Upon contacting a potential winner and determining that he/she has met all eligibility requirements of the Sweepstakes, such individual will be declared a "winner" of the Sweepstakes.
1. Prize Description: There will be two (2) winners. The prize for each winner is one gift card to Studio 882 with a value of $2,500.
2. Taxes: All federal, state, and/or local income and other taxes, if any, are the winner's sole responsibility.
3. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning this Sweepstakes depend on the number of eligible entries received.
1. No Prize Transfer or Substitution: No prize or any portion thereof is transferable or redeemable for cash. No substitutions for prize except by Studio 882, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.

Privacy: Any personal information provided on an Entry Form will be subject to the privacy policy of Studio 882 (the "Privacy Policy"), which can be found on our website at https://www.studio-882.com/privacy-policy.inc or by contacting us via email at [email protected]<mailto:inf[email protected]>, calling us at 610-314-8820, or sending us a written request at our Store Location. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes your consent to Studio 882's use of your name, likeness, entry, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
1. Marketing Notices: When you enter the Sweepstakes, you also may opt-in to receive marketing emails regarding Studio 882's products and services. Opting in to receive such emails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning.

Disclaimers: (i) Studio 882 is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason; (ii) Studio 882, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or otherwise attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; (iii) Studio 882 is not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this Sweepstakes, including without limitation mechanical, human, printing, distribution or production errors, and may cancel, terminate or modify this Sweepstakes based upon such error at its sole discretion without liability; (iv) In no event will Studio 882 be responsible for awarding more than the number of prizes specified in these Official Rules; (v) Studio 882 MAKEs NO WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, AS REGARDS THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE REGARDING ANY PRIZE OR ANY COMPONENT OF ANY PRIZE; (vi) CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, STUDIO 882 RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION; (vii) The value(s) of the prize(s) set forth above represent Studio 882's good faith determination of the approximate retail value(s) thereof; the actual fair market value(s) as ultimately determined by Studio 882 are final and binding and cannot be challenged or appealed. In the event the stated approximate retail value(s) of a prize is more than the actual fair market value of that prize, the difference will not be awarded in cash or otherwise. No substitution or compensation will be given for any portion of the prize that is not used.
1. Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. If any court of law having the jurisdiction to decide on this matter, rules that any provision of these Official Rules is invalid or unenforceable, then that provision will be removed from the Official Rules without affecting the rest of these terms. The remaining provisions of these Official Rules will continue to be valid and enforceable. Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to any principles of conflict of laws. All disputes arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes will be resolved, individually, and without resort to class action, exclusively by a state or federal court located in New Castle County, Delaware. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all judgments or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket damages (excluding attorneys' fees) associated with participation in this Sweepstakes and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages.
